CCProxy is an easy to use, full featured proxy server that enables you to share your internet connection with your LAN in an efficient way.

It supports all flavors of internet connection including DSL, Dial UP and Optical Fiber to name a few. Not only is it an HTTP proxy but it can also act as a SOCKS, Mail, FTP, News and telnet proxy making it a very powerful application.

Like any proxy server it provides a web caching function that can increase your Internet surfing speed while decreasing bandwidth usage, access logging and usage statistics.

User account management includes several ways to control user access to the Internet based on IP Address, IP Range, MAC Address, Username and groups. You may also restrict client access to certain sites, the maximum bandwidth assigned to each user, and a convenient time schedule function to control online time.
